It has always been a plan of the boy's to have a 'pirate' bar when we finally get a new house. The idea seems pretty fun and decorating for it could be even more fun! Since neither of us have ever been near anything remotely close to being authentically pirate we can't be positive what this should look like. So we get to be creative! We're going the direction of rustic nautical.

I picture weathered planks on the walls with piped shelving for the mugs and alcohol.
I really like the idea of convex mirrors on the wall to mimic portholes!

Super cute idea! I think you could put this together super cute. I've seen a crystal chandelier in the shape of a pirate ship used- dying for a reason to buy it!
